  • United Kingdom: Fulfilment: 1-3 working days | Postage: 2-3 working days
  • Europe (EU): Fulfilment: 1-3 working days | Postage: 5-7 working days (Shipping costs apply) 

  • Canada/US: Fulfilment: 1-3 working days | Postage: 10-15 working days (Shipping costs apply) 

  • Rest of the World: Fulfilment: 1-3 working days | Postage: 10-15 working days (Shipping costs apply)

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

28 day return policy: We want you to love the work that comes through the post, so if for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free 28 day return policy.

It's important to note that colour may differ slightly from how it appears on your screen due to varying monitor settings

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

  • Items must be returned within 14 days once received, or if you've let me know within 14 days of purchase.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Items must be in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Commissioned artwork

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Contact Us: Email info@petalanaderson.co.uk , please remember to attach./forward on your receipt. 

  2. Packaging: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.

  3. Shipping: Include the original receipt and a brief explanation for the return.

  4. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

    • I recommend using a trackable shipping method

    • I am not responsible for items lost in transit

REFUND PROCESSING

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Sale items and clearance products are final sale and cannot be returned

EXCHANGES

  • If you need a different size or colour, we would be happy to help you exchange your item

  • Exchanges follow the same 28-day policy as returns

  • Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item,​ please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the work.

  • Provide photos of the damage

  • We will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost
